Refund, Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Nuteko Health Food, we are committed to providing high-quality food products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of food products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

As our products are consumable food items, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.

However, returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product package is tampered with before delivery.
  • The product is missing from the order.

To be eligible for a claim, customers must notify us within 36 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, food safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Taste, flavor, texture, or personal preference-related concerns.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders where delivery was successfully completed as per the order details.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minor packaging wear and tear that does not affect product quality.

3. Replacement Policy

A replacement may be approved if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product was received in an unusable condition.

Upon approval of the claim, Nuteko Health Food may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund if replacement stock is unavailable.

Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality assurance team and it will be done within 36 hour.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under approved circumstances, including:

  • Confirmed damaged product.
  • Confirmed wrong product delivered.
  • Product unavailable after payment.
  • Order cancelled by Nuteko Health Food before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 3–7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Shipping charges and COD handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for approved COD claims may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or any other method determined by Nuteko Health Food after verification.

6. Inspection & Verification

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and verification by Nuteko Health Food.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional photographs, videos, or information.
  • Reject claims that lack sufficient evidence.
  • Reject claims where misuse, mishandling, or false reporting is suspected.

The decision of Nuteko Health Food regarding the approval or rejection of any claim shall be final.


7. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation only if the order has not been packed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


8. Order Cancellation by Nuteko Health Food

Nuteko Health Food reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or technical errors on the website.
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Operational or logistical limitations.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Nuteko Health Food, a full refund of the product amount paid will be issued.

Any promotional coupons, loyalty points, or discount vouchers used in cancelled orders may not be reinstated unless otherwise determined by Nuteko Health Food.


9. Limitation of Liability

Nuteko Health Food's liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the product in question.

Under no circumstances shall Nuteko Health Food be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or consumption of its products.
