To ensure genuine orders and reduce fraudulent or unclaimed shipments, Nuteko Health Food may offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) on selected products or orders.
Under this payment option:
A small advance payment is collected during checkout.
The remaining amount is payable to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
The advance payment confirms your order and allows us to reserve, pack, and dispatch your products.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If a Partial COD or Cash on Delivery order is returned to Nuteko Health Food due to any customer-related reason, including but not limited to:
Refusal to accept the order
Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Incorrect contact information
Failure to respond to courier communication
Failure to collect the shipment
Any other customer-related reason
the shipment will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

The advance payment made for a Partial COD order is non-refundable, as it covers payment gateway charges, packaging, order processing, forward shipping, and return logistics costs.
If the customer wishes to receive the returned order again, additional shipping charges and/or a fresh advance payment may be required before re-dispatch.
